9. Cut down on soft drinks. The culprit here is Phosphoric acid which is added to many soft drinks. High Phosphorus intake causes a substantial rise in phosphorus levels in blood. Now in order to maintain calcium phosphorus ratio, body responds by removing calcium from the bones and releasing it into the blood stream

10. Lastly smoking and alcohol are deleterious to health and should be abstained as far as possible.
